Exactly one week ago, in the presence of our pastors, parents, a few friends, and the law, Emmanuel and I both said “I do”. 🥰

This post isn’t just to share memories, it also doubles as a gratitude post.

First, thank you God! You’re indeed the doer of everything good 🥹❤️. Thank you for the gift of love, family and community. Thank you for this union! ❤️

You’re not a regular pastor, PDams. And I’m not trying to hype you up. Your heart is one kind, and God was being so intentional about @cci_yaba when He made you our resident pastor. You offered to join me and Emmanuel in holy matrimony, not because it was convenient, but because you truly care for us. We are very grateful, and we don’t take your love for granted at all. Bible in hand, the Living Word in my heart, the gospel on my lips, earnestly contending for the faith...till Jesus comes or calls me home.

Today's service took me back in time while also giving me a glimpse of the future.🤍

Reflecting on the legacy of faith handed down to us by our fathers and mothers was truly precious. At the same time, I see a future where our children will serve the Lord with passion and joy, celebrating the legacy of faith that we, in turn, have passed on to them.

Hearing and seeing how the word worked powerfully for the men and women of old, we know with great certainty that it will work powerfully for us. It will work powerfully for our Children.🔥

And just my dear Pastor @dpraiseworth said, "Outfits may change, but the Word of God remains ever-living and ever-powerful from generation to generation."

To the glory of God alone!

Reboot Camp 2025 was beyond words 🙌🙌
My life is changed forever.
I walk in the unstoppable move of God like never before.

Every Reboot Camp also marks my CCI story anniversary.
Five years ago, my then boyfriend, now my husband and Pastor @olagoketobi , and I made a bold decision. We left our different churches and chose to join the same church, and not waiting till after marriage to make the emotional decision 🥰😅.

We attended RBC 2020 simply “to see” what CCI was like and to get clarity on whether this was where God would have us be. After that camp meeting, we both just knew, without a shadow of doubt, that this was our new home.

Five years later, we are still here:
On fire for Jesus
Experiencing progress and joy in the faith
Celebrating endless life in Christ
Chanting in Christ, for Christ, with Joy
Standing right at the center of the unstoppable move of God.

Till we see a billion souls in 10,000 cities and beyond, we remain committed.

My Pastor, my love @olagoketobi, I honour you deeply.
You are thoroughly furnished with wisdom and power.
We will spend and be spent for the gospel of Jesus, and we will make Jesus proud.

I’m grateful for the privilege of serving in CCI.
Thank you, Pastey, for showing us the vision of possibilities in God.
