2.5 weeks after UTMB, both my body and head feel surprisingly good. 🏔️✨

The big training block was done, and recovery came fast, as expected. And one thing I can say for sure — I was very well prepared by @przedwojewski_team and Coach Bart. Even after 174 km around Mont Blanc, I haven’t experienced that overwhelming post-race crash.

Maybe it also helped that during the race I made fueling, taking care of myself and staying within my limits a real priority — rather than trying to squeeze every last drop out of my body 😮‍💨

And apparently… there was still a little racing left in me 🏃‍♀️⚡️ So we decided to extend the season just a tiny bit.

One more start: @julianalpstrailrun 💙

This one feels special.

Last year, Julian Alps felt almost like a “Polish Chamonix” — mountains that somehow remind me of my home in the Pieniny, and dozens of Polish runners everywhere: racing, crewing and cheering. 🇵🇱🏔️

And judging by this year… it might feel very similar again!

Who’s going to be there? 👀🇸🇮

Dlaczego Crush Trail? 🩵🏔️🏃‍♀️

I właśnie stąd Crush Trail.

Zakochaj się w trailu.
Odkryj swoją siłę.
I zobacz, jak wiele możesz dać innym, kiedy najpierw pozwolisz sobie zadbać o siebie.

CRUSH TRAIL 🩵🏔️🏃‍♀️
Strong mind. Wild heart.

174 km. 1.9 kg of carbs. One lap around Mont Blanc. 😅🏔️🔥

Over 28:31:52 of racing, I averaged roughly 65–67 g of carbs per hour — mostly from gels, but not gels only.

There was tomato soup with rice, millet with apple mousse, salty pancakes with fromage and turkey ham, waffles, cookies, banana, Coke… and probably the most organized nutrition plan I’ve ever taken into a race. 😅

One of my biggest lessons from moving into 100-mile racing is that fueling is not an addition to the race.

Fueling is part of the performance.

UTMB is too diverse for a one-size-fits-all fueling plan.
Climbs, technical descents, runnable sections, night hours — I adjusted what and when I ate depending on the terrain and intensity.

174 km means fueling smart, not just fueling more. 🔥

Thank you @226ers for helping me keep the flame burning all the way to the finish line! ❤️‍🔥

Merci, Chamonix. 🏔️🏃‍♀️🩵
24 days near Mont Blanc. Solo, but never alone.
Million miles. Billion memories.

I came. I fought. I conquered ⚡️

Huge event. Enormous privilege. Incredible opportunity.
And just enough pressure — exactly the amount I wanted.

Surrounded by an incredible team — shoutout coming in the next post. 🫶

Give me a few days to process it all…
Then I’ll reveal what’s next.

À bientôt, UTMB 💙

Staying cool and hydrated while running is crucial, especially in the exceptional heat we have had this summer. Its such a shame that @utmbworldseries appear to keep failing in this most basic of requirements for their runners across the globe... Still, it gives me a reason to share my favorite photo from a photoshoot earlier this summer for @outdoormaster.official with @olajaniak

💛 6 days to UTMB 🏔️

Soon, I’ll be sharing these trails with mountain runners from all over the world. 🥹

I’ve made the most of every day in Chamonix — exploring the course, putting in the work and becoming the best athlete I can be on that start line.

Now it’s time to soak up the vibe, trust the work and appreciate how far this journey has already taken me.

Grateful for my coach @b.przedwojewski and for all the people and brands supporting me along the way. 💪

En route! 🇫🇷✨
