🤍 Mums, you’ll want to save this one for later! 🫧👶🏼

Cold season is creeping in, and when your little one is feeling stuffy, it’s always helpful to know what products are out there! 🥹

I asked what other mums recommend for blocked noses in babies under 12 months, and these are some of the products worth knowing about 👶🏼💗

✨ From saline nasal drops and sprays to vapour products, there are a few different options to be aware of.

📌 SAVE this post for later so you have it handy when you need it!

💬 Have you tried any of these? What would YOU recommend to another mum? Let’s help each other out in the comments 👇🏼

🤍 Follow @bymilliemac for more mum recommendations, baby essentials and honest motherhood content.

🤍 A little reminder: These are products shared for information and based on other parents’ recommendations, not medical advice. Always check the age suitability, ingredients and instructions before using any product, as some may not be suitable for babies under 12 months. If you’re unsure what’s safe for your baby, speak to your pharmacist, health visitor or GP.

Day two, rather busy, went from mapped out to complete chaos thanks to Steve's delicate excavator work - incredibly grateful really lol.

Hat on the building, boundary treatment underway, trees in crazy heat!

Really happy with the trees and hedging thankyou @provendernurseries and @readyhedge

Up to our old tricks, RHS Badminton flower show here we come!!

Pre-build of the herbal oast house, lumpy thatch to be dressed on site - don't judge me too harshly, first time and I know it's going to get wabi sabi on the road.

Reformer Pilates has been sitting at the top of my wellness list for such a long time… and I finally ticked it off! ✅🙂

A big thank you to @tenhealthfitness @speed_comms + @olbassg — the class, the socks, the burn… all SO good.

If you’re building your winter wellbeing routine, put this on it 🤍

Welcome to snot season… and baby’s first cold 🤒🤧

Sniffles, saline, snuggles and snot-sucking.

Personally, I’m armed with:
🧴 Snufflebabe (consult GP if under 3 months)
👃 Nose sucker (the things we do for love)
💧 Saline spray
💨 Calpol vapour plug
💝 Infant Calpol from 2 months (Nurofen can also be taken from 3 months)
🌿 Olbas oil for children
🤗 Cuddles

To all the parents currently living in a menthol fog and running on zero sleep… you’ve got this 💪🩷

Did I miss anything off my snot shop list?
