What a start to @hyroxuk LDN 🔥🔥🔥

▪️Elliott and Charley - 1:05, a PB, and also a debut Hyrox

▪️ Idris and Jakob - PB, and a first time sub 60 for Idris (58:34) whooshhhh

▪️Sam and stu - bagged a 5 minute PB

▪️Jesse and Ben - A strong run out, a solid race.

▪️Meels - First solo Hyrox and a strong first run out

▪️Ollie - 2 minute PB on an injury comeback

▪️Thepp - Debut Hyrox and a solo one. Big balls, one of our own 🤝🏼

The team have been representing what we’re all about the past couple days, graft and energy. 🫡

The run out that these guys have had is a perfect example of what our systems and coaches do.

Meet an athlete exactly where they’re at, and give them the tools and environment that gives them what they need.

Each of these performances is great in their own right, because they required different things from the athletes

First timers over coming the unknown
Seasoned guys pushing the levels.

We’re just happy that our programming, classes, coaches, and the training experience we provide can facilitate growth at all ends of the spectrum. Get in touch to find out how we can help you! 🫵

Super proud of the guys🤝🏼 day 1 and 2 WRAPPED.

Day 3, let’s be having you😤

Another win in the bag🤝🏼
——
Happy to see Ollie come through with this result
——
Having had to cancel his last solo race in Birmingham due to a calf injury, and still nursing it in the lead up towards this, he’s done well to come away with the PB
——
No where near as much running, sled pushing or burpee work in the past 5 weeks but we made the right calls and still paid off
——
Erg pace awareness.
Training week volume and intensity dialled.
Technique refined and efficient.
Training smarter.
Racing smarter.
🤝🏼
——
The type of non outcome based improvements that lead to even greater improvements
——
We’ve built some solid foundations in the past 3 months of 1-2-1 and Hyrox group PT, now we’re set to hammer the rest of the season using our membership system
——
That’s the beauty, with a good coach you can actually leave when you’re ready, and continue building from those foundations
——
Not thrown in the deep end without a scooby
——
More to come Ol, big year ahead👏🏼
