Great to be invited by Oldham Enterprise Trust and Oldham College to work with a range of student groups as part of the SkillsBridge Project.
Our session focused on helping students “Find their Why” understanding and identifying their personal values, mindset, and purpose. We explored how these values link directly to career success, decision making, and personal development.
Students also heard real experiences and life lessons from members of our team who have been delivering youth interventions and mentoring programmes for nearly twenty years. Through interactive discussions and activities, we looked at how resilience, discipline, and self-belief can shape positive pathways in education, employment, and life.
A big thank you to everyone who took part and contributed to the discussions.
Take a moment to reflect:
Which values resonated with you the most? And how can you continue to develop them as you move forward on your journey?
