❗️Set your standards high and never lower them to accommodate someone else’s expectations.

Not everyone will understand your vision, your ambition, or your discipline. They don’t have to.

Your standards aren’t up for negotiation. Neither is your future.

THE STANDARD IS DIFFERENT HERE.

Supported Cossack Squats - Improve lateral hip mobility, groin flexibility, lower-body strength, balance, and stability while developing muscular control through deep ranges of motion. They are particularly effective for restoring the mobility, lateral movement capacity, and positional strength essential for wrestling, athletic movement, and multidirectional performance.. #TrainHard #GrindSeason #IronResults #IronCulture

This morning my mind said no.
My body was tired.
The weather was brutal.

But discipline doesn’t negotiate — it shows up.

Gym machines were needed for this that I lack at home, hit PRs I didn’t expect, and walked out impressed with myself.
That’s the reminder: confidence is built by keeping promises to yourself.

I train so I can show up better — for my family, my energy, and my day.
Because when I skip this… everything feels harder ✌🏼

In just her Third time ever racing this event, Emma Liberato didn’t just meet expectations, She crushed them. Competing against a deep, talented field of Sixty runners at the Morris County Championships, Emma surged across the line in an outstanding Tenth Place overall, making her the Second Sophomore. She clocked a PR 1:46.9

This wasn’t luck. This wasn’t timing. This was preparation meeting opportunity.

Emma Liberato is a living, breathing case study in what happens when proper Training, proper Nutrition, proper Recovery, and a consistent, positive Mindset align. Her work ethic is relentless. Her execution is surgical. And her composure under pressure is beyond her years.

She doesn’t chase momentum, She builds it. And with Winter Track closing, She’s just put the entire Spring Track County on notice.. 🔥 🔥 #N3XTL3V3L #L3VELUP #SAVAG3 #ChasingGreatness
