We're offering $15 off registration at Kern Park Kross for first-time women (trans-inclusive) and non-binary folks. The Wisconsin cyclocross scene is a very welcoming place, and we want to make it easy to get started with low pressure racing. 🎟️ DM us (or email gelbbrucke@gmail.com) before you register and we will get you your unique code. Still not sure? Join us for a special afternoon practice on Sunday, November 1 and see what it's all about. (This practice is open for everyone.) The $15 discount basically covers the cost of the requisite one-day license. And as a reminder, if you pre-register by midnight on November 4, you can save an additional $10 on overall registration (for a total of $25—that's nearly 50% off)! 🐿️ #racethepinksquirrel

What a week - promoted to Director and completed the Madison IM 70.3 under the cutoff! Excited to take on this new chapter of my life - leading a bigger team and having proved to myself I could take on one of the harder courses in IM Americas. All of your love was felt, presence felt…I’m more energized than ever to keep moving forward. #ironman #sucess #joy #grateful #promotion

Final BRICK session before the Madison IM 70.3. A bit of speed to remind the body what it feels like to race - good sign to see Garmin hit me with a productive and VO2 Max increasing. I’m as ready as I’ll ever be for 9/12. See ya at the finish line @buenatierrarunclub #ironman #running #bike #triathlon #ironmantraining

Dare I say it - Easy 50-piece today. Got to see so many peeps out there. Ran into @arturoramos_414 and @fancii_nansii at @zocalofoodpark right after they finished their long run and Devin and I were going to fuel up at @rubysbagelsmke. Saw @alfonso_mz21 and @sjbolich running (I guess at this point I have NOT seen you since you’re always logging miles). @_loveeangie was running so fast I almost didn’t see her, good thing she had her neon on. While on the trail also spotted the homie @detroits_engine zoomin’ by 🚲 That lakefront congestion was REAL! Got to see @buehrleandme as he was crushing his 10 miler uphill with a second caffeine refuel at @elevatecoffee_. Was blessed to see these smiling faces selling lemonade a block from home. A plug for my boy @corre__cory who is running the NYC Marathon supporting Alex’s Lemonade 🍋 stand. Go show him some love.. …ps - (not me riding with some of the USA Triathletes today…🫣), that was a such a treat to watch. #triathlon #ironmantraining #runner #bike #joy

Soooo many memories since starting with @buenatierrarunclub for my first half in 2024…I’ve shared so many miles and smiles with many of you. Left side for the road to the IM 140.6, center commemorating the “big” ones, and the right with a mix of travel / where my true self comes out 🫰🏽. Shoutout to the BT TSP crew for the swag - will have to do a separate post for that one once it’s hung up.
