How I love you woman !!!!!!! I want you calm,
I want you to stop loading the world on your shoulders ... I want you to stop putting everyone on top of you, whether your parents, your children, your friends or your bosses.

Stop eating leftovers so they don't go to the trash.

I need you to understand that you can't change the world.

You will not be able to help all those who need you and always be there for those who love you but you must start to love yourself .... I need you to love yourself as you love everyone else, to become your top priority and not to treat yourself as an option.

Stop putting off the beauty salon and bring yourself to take the photo in a way so you won't go out on it.

I love you so much that I could sit and listen to you in a park, on a bench, and I won't need a coffee.

I do not want you to diet, be thin, or crazy about fitness ..... I love you healthy, I want you beautiful, I love you so divine but with the desire to make peace with yourself, with that woman who already left her hair loose and does not remember when it was the last time she released something.

Because to stand in front of the mirror to get cute does not make you less mom, less aunt, less grandmother, less woman, less wife or less professional.

Because you lie when you say that no one looks at you, because you look at yourself!
You, your first, true and loyal love,
You, your toughest judge,
You, your great saboteur,
You, who does forgive,
You, the most important person in your life !!!!!!!!
I want you to take a moment to do something for yourself: reading, a project, a walk, a visit that will help you.

To take out the sweet and confront the bitter and you will see that the word FORGIVEN when it comes from yourself to yourself is a great blessing.

Grow an independent woman, wise, happy !!!!! The best and only commitment is to love oneself and to respect oneself.

I want you so big, unique and so you!!
