What if your week began with stillness — not stress?

Starting Sunday, April 6th, I’ll be offering a weekly guided meditation on Zoom — a calm hour to breathe, pause, and begin your week feeling grounded.

This offering came from a quiet nudge… and a few heartfelt requests.
For years, I hosted free meditation circles at home. Recently, friends and family began asking if I’d bring them back. So here we are ✨

💛 Just $5 per session
🎗 100% of proceeds support St. Baldrick’s Foundation for Kids’ Cancer(@stbaldricks)

Whether you’ve meditated before or are simply curious, this space is open to all.
Just a gentle place to return to yourself. No commitment — join whenever it fits your schedule.

🗓 Sundays | 5:00–6:00 PM EST
💻 Live on Zoom
👉 Comment “Weekly” for more information or tap the link in bio to reserve your spot

Pass it on to someone who might need a little calm and clarity right now. 💛
