For one night only, we partnered with @opentable to bring Petit Omakase to Carmel for a chef-curated experience featuring six petit courses, thoughtful beverage pairings, and a few surprises along the way.

Inspired by the Japanese tradition of omakase, meaning “I’ll leave it up to you,” this experience invited guests to leave the decisions to the chef and enjoy every course as it was revealed.

Thank you to our guests for sharing the evening with us, to @opentable for their support in making this event happen, and to our Carmel team for shaping a truly unforgettable experience.

Our team was honored to join @atlbotanical for their Well-Seasoned Chef Series, where guests gather for an intimate culinary experience with celebrated Atlanta chefs.

Chefs Tal, Trevor, and Janine prepared a four course meal for the evening, featuring a Watermelon Salad, Mezze Platter, Beef Kebab, and Turkish Coffee Tiramisu.

Thank you @atlbotanical for having us and to the volunteers for their help. The evening was exactly the kind of flavorful moments we at Rina and all of @olivarestaurants like to share.

Blue Orbit Restaurant Consulting has always believed that great restaurant groups are built one successful concept at a time.

Years ago, we had the opportunity to help Tal Baum with her first restaurant, Bellina Alimentari. We started with a profit model and concept book, then worked alongside her team through development and opening.

Today, Tal and the Oliva Restaurant Group have grown into one of Atlanta's most respected hospitality companies.

Atrium is a great example of why restaurant concept development goes far beyond food. The atmosphere is energetic without feeling chaotic. The bar creates a focal point. The cocktails, design, and service all work together to create a sense of occasion.

Restaurant consulting often focuses on financial models, operations, and systems, but the most successful concepts understand something equally important: people remember how a place made them feel.

The restaurants that stand the test of time create more than transactions. They create experiences people want to return to.

Such a wonderful Hanukkah party hosted by The Spring, @thebremanmuseum, AJC ACCESS Atlanta, and @babeltline last week! Guests enjoyed playing games, sampling a variety of dishes prepared by local Jewish chefs, and connecting with new people in the heart of Atlanta, at @poncecitymarket. A special thank you to Merav Oren who joined on behalf of @foodishanu all the way from Israel.

Last week, ACCESS Atlanta brought the community together for a vibrant Friendsgiving celebration! In partnership with local culinary leaders Tal Baum of @olivarestaurants and @rina.atl alongside Julia Kesler Imerman of @dailychewatl, and guided by moderator Keith Pepper of @roughdraftatl, we explored how Jewish resilience and tradition shine through food. It was an evening filled with meaningful conversation, incredible flavors, and the warmth of shared community.

✨✨✨ CARMEL ✨✨✨

@carmelatl in Buckhead feels like a little coastal escape right in the city. The intimate oyster bar at the front is perfect for a quick drink or a bite. I loved the open space and large window that overlook the outside. It gives the place a relaxed coastal feel that fits perfectly with the menu. Inside the dining room, the atmosphere shifts to something a bit moodier. The seafood focused menu celebrates bold seasonal dishes that are beautifully prepared over an open flame.

We started with the Brine Time Martini, their take on a dirty martini with caviar stuffed olives. The seafood tower is a must if you are sharing. It comes with poached shrimp, chilled lobster, scallop crudo, and the chef’s choice of raw oysters. We also decided to splurge on their caviar service, which came with 28 ounces of Premium Ossetra, house made chips, blinis, and all the classic accompaniments.

For our main, we shared the Scottish salmon served with wilted spinach. It was simple, fresh, and cooked to perfection. We finished the night with the seared milk cake topped with apple, whipped mascarpone, and a little streusel for crunch. A perfect ending to a beautifully balanced meal.
