What a beautiful evening. 100 official photos from the night from @deniselinphoto ❤️

Thank you for joining us at the Beyond Beauty Gala and for being part of a night filled with beauty, connection, celebration and purpose.

From the moment you walked through the doors, you helped create something truly special. Together, we celebrated the incredible women in our 40 Over 40 campaign, each with her own story, journey and definition of beauty. Seeing them surrounded by friends, family and people cheering them on was incredibly meaningful.

But the evening was also about something bigger.

Through our partnership with BC Women’s Health Foundation @bcwomensfdn, we are proud to help support research and initiatives that improve the health and wellbeing of women in our community.

To everyone who purchased a ticket, brought guests, bid in the auctions, participated in the paddle raise, donated, sponsored, volunteered or simply showed up with an open heart, thank you. Your generosity helped make this evening possible.

What a night. And what a beautiful reason to get dressed up.

I had the chance to attend the @glowingbeyond Gala, supporting the Women’s Health Foundation, and I couldn’t have been more proud to be there as the web sponsor through Olive Grey Creative.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working alongside @deniselinphoto and her team over the past year, so seeing this gorgeous Met Gala inspired masquerade come to life was pretty incredible.

This is one of my favourite parts of owning Olive Grey. Getting to use what I do to support people and causes I genuinely believe in, and getting to build alongside some seriously incredible women.

A room full of women. A little networking workshop. And a whole lot of meaningful conversations. 🪄

I was so grateful to be invited by @workablewoman.ca to speak about OUR Network and lead a workshop on how to actually make the most out of networking.

But honestly, the best part wasn’t standing at the front of the room. It was everything that happened around it.

I met so many incredible, inspiring women who are building businesses, chasing big ideas, making moves and figuring it all out along the way. I got to hear their stories, make new connections, share what we’re building with OUR, and grow our waitlist with women who believe networking can be so much more than exchanging business cards.

Workable Women has created something really special. A space where women can show up as they are, connect genuinely, support one another and leave with new relationships and new possibilities.

That is exactly why I’m building OUR.

Because you never know who you’re going to meet, what conversation might change something for you, or where one introduction could lead.

Thank you to Workable Women and @quynhie.nguyen @jessicaraesparkles for inviting me into the room and giving me the opportunity to share something I care so deeply about.

Here’s to putting yourself in the room. Starting the conversation. And seeing where it takes you. ✨

And a special thank you to my supportive friend @erinpriceemery for joining and filming for me.

Don’t worry about how many people you meet. Focus on the relationships you build. Your network grows one genuine conversation at a time. 🪄

Women supporting women in business is basically saying.
I support all your good decisions… and I’ll help you justify the questionable ones.

We love to work hard play hard 🫶

A few weeks ago, Laura asked if I’d come teach a mini networking workshop at one of her Flow State Founder events.

My answer was an immediate yes.

Networking is something so many people overthink. We put so much pressure on ourselves to say the right thing, meet the right people, or somehow magically become the most confident person in the room. The truth is, most people are feeling the exact same way.

So instead of making it another presentation, I wanted everyone to actually experience it.

We talked through practical things like reading body language, starting conversations, keeping them flowing, and knowing how to exit them naturally. Then everyone received an A to Z networking card, found their match, answered a couple of icebreaker questions, and just started talking.

Within minutes, the room completely changed. The awkwardness disappeared. People were laughing, introducing each other to new faces, swapping stories, and making real connections. It was loud!

Standing back and watching that happen was probably my favourite part of the night.

A huge thank you to Laura for inviting me to be part of such an incredible community of women. It was such a fun night, and it reminded me how much I love creating experiences that help people feel a little more confident walking into any room.

P.S. Safe to say the networking cards are here to stay. 🃏

She built it.
From nothing.

And still…
felt the pressure to look like she had it all together.

Rachelle Mandziak is joining us on the couch for a conversation that goes beyond the highlight reel, into what it actually looks like to build, grow, and carry it all.

Vancouver — May 23rd, 1:30pm

Limited seats.
Be in the room.
