How to train Groms! Foundations matter. 🌊

The earlier surfers build quality movement patterns, coordination, balance and strength, the easier progression becomes later on. Instead of retraining bad habits down the track, we build a platform for long-term growth from the beginning.

Stoked to have the Bulli High Elite Surf Team and a heap of local groms putting in the work with SURFIT⚡️

Building stronger, more athletic surfers!

@ollie.alner send us on a road trip too Albany to do a little hike along the Bald Head Trail. We completed it!

Located in the spectacular Torndirrup National Park, the Bald Head Walk Trail is a challenging 12.5 kilometre return traverse of the Flinders Peninsula providing stunning views of the Southern Ocean and King George Sound.

Finished it all off with a dip Misery Beach ❤️

To all our lovely followers, as you know "The Whole Hog" has been for sale since May it sold pretty much straight away. I can keep secrets 🤫

On August 27th we completed the sale. Something we all felt strongly as a family was that firstly, we really wanted the hog to continue, secondly, we needed to find the right family to take over its legacy. You will be pleased to know we achieved both ❤️

The past 6 years have been a pleasure and long may it continue, so from our family to you all, we thank you 🙏

Bayley and I will be around for an extra week or so for the handover.

Massive thanks to @turtle.alner for everything it would not look so beautiful without his vision.

@bayleyalner for being an absolute super star barista, staying with us and being my right hand man.

@joelscooks for being the bap man last year !

@ollie.alner for his graphic design skills and branding - that was all him

Our beautiful @h_alleee for her baking/barista skills while here - she is now a baker in Perth

@ariana_finn for the best front of house skills ❤️

Thank you all ❤️

Next Thursday your new owners will be in the "House of Hog" Callum, Caroline and Karl they cannot wait to meet you.
