An insane transformation w/ @oliverbaxterr 13kgs dropped in 10 weeks, achieving the best shape of his life! Physique, lifestyle & mindset transformed. We’re creating these results by building plans focused on optimising his training, nutrition & more in alignment with his lifestyle & goals. Phase 1 complete & he is now looking, feeling & performing much better in just 2 & a half months.
