Retained. Searched. Secured. ⭐️

A new retained search, a clear brief and the right property… tenant placed within less than 24 hours.

From understanding exactly what my client was looking for to securing the right home, quickly and seamlessly.

Another reminder of how truly valuable a tailored, retained service is 🙏🏼.

Viewing an £8.75 million flat on Upper Grosvenor Street, right in the heart of Mayfair with @talya_reuben from @oliverbernardprivate.

The property is just a few doors down from the Rosewood and Grosvenor Square itself, with Mount Street and North Audley Street on the doorstep.

This is the kind of location that sells itself before you even step inside.

The flat does the rest of the work, with a lateral layout, three bedrooms, and air conditioning throughout.

The hallway is unusually wide for a flat this size, giving the whole apartment a sense of grandeur as you move through it.

A reasonable service charge and a long lease are the details that matter once the excitement of the address wears off.

Price aside, the question is simple: is there enough value in it?

Delighted to announce the sale of this gorgeous Grade II listed family home on the Ladbroke Estate.

Having not been updated since the 70s, this house required substantial refurbishment, but provided the incoming buyers with a rare opportunity to design their dream home.

Sold strictly off-market, we conducted over 25 viewings over three months, and sold the house at just shy of £2,000/sq ft, highlighting considerable ongoing demand for good houses on the best addresses.

If you have any plans to sell, or if you would appreciate a discreet conversation about how we can help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via DM or email me at harry@obprivate.co.uk

A-LEVEL RESULTS DON’T DEFINE YOUR FUTURE.

If you didn’t get the results you hoped for,
it’s okay to feel disappointed.

But one set of grades doesn’t decide
where you’ll end up.

There’s more than one route to success.

So if yesterday didn’t go the way you hoped, be kind to yourself.

Slightly delayed post but… Deal agreed!

Proud to share at the end of June, I agreed my first Let in Knightsbridge. I have since agreed others and onboarded multiple retained clients ❣️🙌🏼.

It’s been a busy six weeks and I am feeling incredibly grateful to everyone who’s supported me since joining @oliverbernardprivate.

It truly has been the best start I could have hoped for.❣️

A special thank you to @daisybaiby who filmed this in her lunch, I really do have the most incredible team!
