I painted this for an adorable little boy
.
as he grows up he will be able to spot all the little details hidden in the painting
.
The mouse that left its jacket and shoes by the ladder
.
Before climbing up in its nest to go read a book
.
All cozy with a cuppa and a comfy pillow
.
Mmmh and reading a book about cheese of course! 🧀
.
Meanwhile the snail has left its juicy lettuce as he can smell the milky tea!
.
The flowers are blooming
.
The happy bird is singing
.
Oh! A little ant 😊
.
Happy you little Rufus! ❤️

A second, much less successful attempt at developing my own 35mm film... completely destroyed one roll of 36, and only about 10 of the second have survived at all (from Brighton beach, using up the end of the roll!) But I’m quite pleased with them nonetheless 🙃

Thanks for six years of mood boards, Thursday morning meetings, server reboots, long Soho lunchtimes, Starbucks orders, WebEx calls, late night deadlines and early morning presentations: for the picnics and endless rendering times (why DOES it take so long, anyway), the (very occasional) long-haul upgrades and IT call outs and hidden wine stashes and assembly lines for bubble-wrapping material boards. Oh, and for Team Polished Edgy Jewel (you had to be there). Thanks for everything. It’s been exactly what everyone’s said it’s been; a blast.
