Have you ever done a calisthenics session/class?

If your goal is to do more pull ups/push ups or just be able to move your body weight in different ways calisthenics can teach you that with no weights or gym needed.

It can look intimidating but, even if you are new there are accommodations/modifications that you can do to build your strength. So, if you see a group training and you want to join them, just do it!

I've finally been able to reflect on such an eventful weekend!

Saturday, August 9th 2025, was definitely one for the history books!

We hosted our debut sports day, AKA our Hood Olympics, a free community event powered by @bam.cmnty

The rivalry between each team was HIGH! There were many jokes, a few pulled hamstrings, and so many sore losers and sore winners🤣

This is the community we have always wanted to build, and it won't stop here. A massive thank you to everyone who attended. This community doesn't run at all without you. Keep an eye out for future events 🙏🏾🏆

BIG BIG BIG shoutout to my sister, Olivia the community manager of the team🙏🏾🌹
She orchestrated the entire sports day, from the venue location to the timing and planning of all the events. Trust me, organising events aren't a quick and easy thing to do, and she did it to perfection. Love you, Liv 🫂❤️

Big up my partners and brothers @mrhaast and @official_dan95. They keep the calisthenics community thriving. From all the late night Google calls to Excel docs and sharing our team name organically around their neighbourhoods – I can only say thank you.
