The best team!!

When people asked me what I was looking forward to the most, it was being surrounded by all the people I love. Win or lose the people around you are what you’ll remember, and the people that have walked through the fire along side you, and at times pull you through the fire are what’s important.

You also need some humbling every now and again “drove all the way from Bristol, you could of won” @aaronchildss 😂😂

Happy Easter team 🐣

Finding out that @phorestaurant hot chicken pho is 350 calories made my day… just don’t ask the calories on the @pipp_and_co doughnut.

Today was very much needed and has reset me ready for the next 9 weeks.

Choose your workout partner wisely💙

Ending the week at 90.9kg, which is spot on for where I need to be.

Currently losing 1kg per week and energy is still good.

Calories are at 2700 6 days per week and 1 day at 3200/3400, I’ll show a day of eating one day soon.

Cardio at zero as I’m hitting 10,000-15,000 steps most days.

2025 was a tough year for me for multiple reasons but I am so grateful for my friends who helped me get through it, and I truly believe 2026 is going to be MY YEAR 🥳♥️
