TODAY Thirteen Windows Ronan Bouroullec and Vanguard Union Press Photographed and interviewed by Olivia Wünsche OPENING from 6 pm to 9 pm BOOK SIGNING by Ronan Bouroullec from 7 pm to 8 pm 📍18-19 passage Molière 75003 Paris [EN] « In this issue, Olivia Wünsche does not simply seek to document the artist’s career, but to approach the psyche that shaped it: the doubts that accompany a practice exposed for thirty years, the question of an education outside the so-called legitimate cultural centers. Through a long interview and a series of photographs taken within the intimacy of his daily life, she brings to light the quiet tensions running through Ronan Bouroullec today. » @ronanbouroullec @olivia.wunsche @vanguardunionpress ——— September 3rd - 9 Olivia Wünsche, Vanguard Union Press: Ronan Bouroullec, no. 3, 2026 Designed by Thomas Le Provost #ronanbouroullec #oliviawunsche #vanguardunionpress #womanraygallery #thirteenwindows

He has pursued a plural trajectory in which industrial design sits alongside drawing, ceramics, and installation. His work is distinguished by a sensitive relationship to material and space, where the rigor of the industrial gesture always leaves room for a form of almost meditative intimacy. LISTENING ALL NIGHT TO THE RAIN by John Akomfrah with newly composed piece for piano and cymbals by Hania Rani at Fotofestival in Lodz 18062026 The gratitude ode to life and its beautiful mysteries. They say that you shouldn’t meet your heroes but meeting John and being allowed to take an intimate look at his work and practice (and collaborate!) was one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. Maybe true heroes turn out to be beyond to what they claim about them or maybe John is simply one of those incredible, sharp minds and vast hearted people who traverse the universe not needing to submit to any of its limiting patterns. I feel happy, overwhelmed and endlessly grateful to truly magnificent bunch of maniacs who don’t have the word “impossible” in their vocabulary. Krzysztof and the Fotofestival, Andrew and the Lisson Gallery, Chris and Ata and my manager Kerstan - thanks for making it happen. And Olivia for capturing many angles of my messy life which you can enjoy in this jolly reel. I allowed myself to include also a couple of videos taken by persons who were in the audience. I’m sorry to not mention everyone by name 🌿 P.S. We might do it again ✨
