Well, that was a bit of us.

Our Rarekind Awaydays are far from your standard quarterly conference…

🧩 One very intense icebreaker that had us running (literally).
💬Mapped out what’s next, big plans, even bigger moves.
💪 Rolled up our sleeves and tackled challenges worth solving.
🎉Ideas flying, pens moving and brains ticking.

We shared, collaborated, challenged each other, and backed it all with action.

Thank you to our extraordinary people for making this one for the books.

Ordinary? Not around here. We’re a different kind of recruitment company and always have been.

Wrapping up quarter one with a bang 💥

Awayday with all regions under one roof.

It’s where strategy meets culture and where we get real about our strengths, pain points, and everything in between.

From competitive games (because we love a bit of friendly rivalry 😉) to a deep dive into what makes Rarkind unique.

The best part? Celebrating our long-game Rarekinders - marking milestones, sharing career stories, and toasting to exciting new chapters ahead.

Bold moves, big moments, and even bigger things ahead!

Stay tuned 👀
