All I have needed, Thy hand hath provided!

Beach Camp was everything I needed and more! Serving these sweet girls was such a joy! Their love for others, desire to grow closer to the Lord, and joy for life inspired me daily. Watching them step out of their comfort zones and grow in confidence challenged me to trust the Lord more deeply and stop relying on my own abilities. This week, I have grown not only as a leader but also in my own faith as I witnessed God work in their lives. I was so blessed to lead these girls, and I am so proud of their growth! Oh how blessed is @nbbcstudents !!!

NB Beach Camp 2026

I’ll start off by thanking New Beginnings Students for the opportunity to serve for this ministry and all the love and work that is poured into these students and leaders every single day.

With leading 6th grade boys I had no clue what would happen, how serious or focused this age group could be especially while in such a great place. But, got showed myself and others that there is no age limit glorify the name of Jesus and to have life change of others through the Holy Spirit. Seeing these guys grow with each other and with ours leaders by the hour was incredible to witness and it shows the true works of God. I was blown away how intentional this group of boys became with each other and having confidence to not be afraid to share deep things and many having huge breakthroughs in faith. I love every one of my guys and can’t wait to continue to grow with them!

Personally, God spoke in many ways this week but a word that I heard all week long from Him was the word “patience”. Not only with physically leading a group of younger guys and the work that comes with that, but spiritually as well. At such a young age it’s harder to have conversations about certain topics. But after talking with leaders, friends and God I’ve learned that it’s not my responsibility to have those tougher conversations that come later in life right now, it’s my responsibility to build them up in confidence and love, while also shaping their faith into understanding truth with the Spirit’s words, not my own.

Not a lot of people can say “I graduated next to my wife”. I am one of them. It was a great time at NSU but I am looking forward to this next chapter with my best friend and the support of my great family. And as always, Dork ‘em Femons! 🤘🏽
