This is OLIVIA 🖤

Liv is the definition of tough love - delivered with intention, warmth, and just the right amount of spice.

Expect to feel controlled tempo, deep muscle activation, and layers that build in a way that feels both challenging and rewarding.

She has a way of holding the room so that it feels equal parts supportive and motivating - you’ll feel seen, guided, and pushed (in the best way). It’s strong, intentional training…with moments of Liv lightness that make it feel fun, even when you’re burninnnnn 🔥

We genuinely feel so lucky to have found Liv - she is the most seamless, perfect addition to our already incredible team. An ESSE girl through and through. 💅

She will be on the schedule Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday AM’s so make sure to pay her a visit - everyone needs a little Liv in their life ✨

As we step into the new year, our hearts are FULL 🫶🏻

Thank you to our beautiful Orana Pilates & Wellness community for the incredible support you’ve shown us since opening our doors in April. From your first class bookings to the kind words, referrals and trusting us with your bodies, we couldn’t do this without you. You’ve helped shape Orana into something really special.

For 2026, our intention remains clear: to continue offering a calm, welcoming space, alongside strong, balanced & thoughtful classes grounded in intelligent movement. A place where you can move with purpose, breathe deeply & feel supported every step of the way.

Here’s to another year of connection, community and feeling Physically & Mindfully Aligned✨

Happy New Year from Orana 🤎

If you know, you know: Olivia’s Pilates classes are tough… but somehow she still has you smiling the whole way through. A Trinity community favourite for good reason.
