When Liv first started coaching with me, she never wanted transformation photos posted, let alone TAKEN. (hence why we dont have an original one 😂). She wasn’t comfortable being seen and definitely wasn’t comfortable sharing her journey publicly. Fast forward to today, and not only is she over 40kg down since starting coaching with me, she was genuinely excited to share these photos and show everyone the work she’s put in. Starting at 120kg and now sitting at 72kg, Liv has completely changed her life. Not just physically, but mentally too. She’s already down another kilo this week, but what makes me proud isn’t the number on the scale. I’m proud of the confidence she’s built walking into the gym. I’m proud of the knowledge she’s gained around nutrition. I’m proud of the self respect she’s developed and the person she’s become throughout this journey. There have been obstacles along the way. There have been tough weeks, setbacks and moments where it would’ve been easy to quit, but Liv kept showing up, kept learning and kept moving forward. To see someone go from not wanting anyone to see their progress, to being excited to celebrate it, is something really special. Liv, I am so friggin proud of you. You’ve earned every bit of this result and I honestly can’t wait to see what we continue to achieve together!! #weightlossjourney #fatlosstransformation #onlinecoach #coachchapman #weightlossmotivation
