THAT @olliemck7 goal which brought @northringwoodfc right into the game on Sunday in the @easternfnl Div 1 Grand Final was SOMETHING to watch. The ROOST from beyond the arc to absolutely sailing through the big sticks sent Pinks Reserve into overdrive #EFNL #localfooty #GrandFinals #NorthRingwood

The Warranwood Cricket Club is excited to announce Ollie McKenzie as our 1st XI Vice Captain for the 2026/27 season.
A homegrown talent, Ollie has progressed through the junior ranks into the senior 1st XI, where he has become a key contributor highlighted by his role in our 2023/24 1st XI premiership side at just 16 years of age.
Ollie has long been recognised for his leadership, having led throughout his junior years, and continues to grow confidence and presence within our senior group. Looking forward to seeing Ollie continue to support the senior group grow while setting the standard and providing a strong example for our playing group, particularly our emerging juniors, in season 26/27.

This one’s been a mix of emotions.

I’ll be finishing up at Project Gap. When I made that call, I genuinely couldn’t have foreseen what was about to unfold with the business. That part has been tough to watch, especially because I care a lot about the people inside those walls - the athletes, the parents, the staff.

I invest deeply in what I’m part of. That doesn’t just switch off.

There’s a lot I’m proud of from that chapter. A lot of hard work. A lot of growth. A lot of people who mattered.

From bringing mates into the space, to watching athletes realise their dreams, to the boys at Eastern reaching the ultimate goal, you’ve all made a mark on me and I’ll be forever indebted.

I’ve tried to share as many of those people, but please know that even if you’re not even these photos, I promise you that you have left an impression.

To those uncertain of what’s to come, sometimes you choose change. Sometimes it chooses you. Either way, you take the lessons and move forward stronger.

At the same time, I’m properly excited about what’s ahead and I can’t wait to share it with all of you

Overcoming adversity, missing representative teams and stepping up at the right time of the year.
