WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY!! Now it may appear in all these pictures that I am smiling and I am happy but for a long time that smile hid a lot of pain! Some people will know and some people won’t but this year has been one of the HARDEST of my life as I have suffered massively with my mental health/mental wellbeing specifically depression.

What these pictures represent are an a recovery and turn around in my life. Not everyone who has helped me is in these pictures but don’t think for a second that I have forgotten you! I have so much love and appreciation for everyone who has stuck by me through everything as I really don’t know where I’d be without you!!❤️❤️ My advice to anyone going through a hard time is DON’T give up, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and things will get better!
Talk to people, surround yourself with good people, and do things that make you feel GOOD! #timetochange #timetotalk #worldsmentalhealthday

Pre-rona. What a mad world. Time to plan, reflect, organise anddd wash ya hands ya filthy animals. Any dodgy home trims that come through those doors @ruger_barber are getting charged double as well so think before you drink before dri... cut your own hair. Turn it in. Me and Alan will do our best to show you how to make the most out of styling your longer hair and even if you HAVE to use the clippers because you’re that bothered about who’s gonna see you on your dog walk then I’ll show you how to trim that hair around your ears but it didn’t take us 10,000 hours of us learning and practicing for nothing 😂 put the clippers down and get acquainted with your hairdryer! There’s all the products you need on www.rugerbarber.com to tide you over for the next month or two until we can commence treatment 🙌🏼 it’ll be worth it, we promise 🙌🏼❤️ #RUGERvirus
