We’re wrapping up our parade of adorable, four-legged park lovers with our final four entries in the Pupparazzi on the Parkway Photo Contest! And what a tail-wagging way to finish! ❤️

🐾 Say hello to iCloud — a 4-year-old Schnauzer-Poodle mix who knows that park days are the best days! From sniffing every patch of grass for those top-secret messages to running, playing, and greeting his doggie and human friends, iCloud is making the most of every visit! 🐕‍🦺💚

❄️⚽ Hey there, Basel Juno! This sweet 5-year-old Bichon-Poodle has been exploring Hampton Park since puppyhood. While Basel loves every season, winter is his favorite! He has a blast jumping into the fluffy snow and burying his face in it. And when spring arrives and the snow melts, keep an eye out for Basel’s favorite

🍂 And one last furry friend, Boogie! This 11-year-old mutt enjoys the walking paths at Droescher’s Mill Park, chasing deer, and… well, taking care of business among the leaves! 😂 Boogie reminds us that every pup has their own special way of enjoying the great outdoors!

💕 A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who entered our Pupparazzi on the Parkway Photo Contest! Thank you for sharing your furry best friends, their park adventures, and the joy they bring to our community. We’ve loved meeting every one of them!

I'm so grateful to a new friend who chose the Highland Park hardcover edition as this year's holiday gift for a group of friends and family who share a love for our Olmsted-designed treasure. What a thoughtful way to celebrate a place that means so much to them. And to me.

🐾📸 PUPPARAZZI FEATURE: MEET TASHA! 🐶🌿

Say hello to sweet Tasha, an 8-year-old Cattle Dog Mix who absolutely loves exploring Rahway River Park!

Tasha’s favorite adventure? The river walk! 🌳🐕 She loves seeing all of her wildlife friends along the way — from deer, geese, ducks, and squirrels to all the other creatures who call the park home.

And Tasha isn't afraid to get her paws wet! 💦 She loves taking a dip in the river and is always on the lookout for a good stick to carry. 🪵🐾

Sounds like Tasha has mastered the perfect park day: walk, wildlife, water, and a great stick! ❤️

Thank you to Tasha and all of our Pupparazzi contestants for sharing their park adventures with us. We’re having so much fun celebrating the four-legged friends who help make our parks such special places. #forrpdogs #pupparazzi

Great Park Coalition and Airport2Park board members traveled to Portland for the Olmsted Network’s 2026 Annual Conference, The Power of Connection: Shaping Resilient Public Landscapes.

Grounded in the enduring principles of Frederick Law Olmsted, the conference brought together park leaders, designers, advocates, funders, policymakers, and practitioners from across the country to explore how connection, collaboration, and stewardship can shape resilient public landscapes. Visits to Portland’s remarkable parks and public spaces brought the region’s rich Olmsted legacy to life, offering lessons in history, advocacy, equity, design, community care, and long-term stewardship.

The conference culminated in the Olmsted Network’s Annual Awards Dinner, where Great Park Coalition and Airport to Park were deeply honored to receive the 2026 President’s Award. We return to Santa Monica inspired, grateful, and even more determined to help transform our city’s historic airport land into the Great Park our community has envisioned for generations.

The Olmsted Network's annual conference is in Portland and had a luncheon at Elk Rock Garden. This garden was nearly sold a few years ago but a small group saved it. Lots of positive energy and renewed enthusiasm happening here! @elkrockgardenofficial @olmstednetwork @hardyplantsocietyoregon @thegardenconservancy @traveloregon
