POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Here's what I've picked up along the way:

1) There will never be a right time for most things, a lot of the time what you are chasing just requires action. There is no 'perfect' time.
Every day is a chance to make progress.

2) The most used phrase in sport, but the most true. Stacking repeatedly good days instead of a couple amazing days and a few bad days.
It's better to be consistently average, than occasionally great.

3) Your environment, team and surroundings will ultimately determine success. Protect your energy and surround yourself with those who help better you.

4) Actually listening to people and learning, everyone has had different life experiences you can implement into your own.
No one has got it all figured out.

5) You either win or you learn. Failure and losses will always benefit you in the long run, as much as winning is nice.

Lots moving since we got back from Asia. More miles, more meetings, more faces.

Now straight into another race weekend, Jake in Tenerife, Saskia in Athens. Excited to see them both out there doing what they do best ❤️

Keep moving 🏎️

The best part about training with the best is the feeling of making what feels impossible possible. Out of reach - not anymore.

I aim to spend a lot of time this year meeting some of the best athletes in their fields to train with them but also ask them questions to understand what makes them ‘special’.

YouTube with @alfiemanthorpe will be out this weekend.

Let me know who you would want me to train with next 🐐

Nothing but goodness the past 2 weeks. Crazy that we get to call this work ❤️

Feels special to be surrounded by people who mean so much to me and care about it all as much as I do. It’s rare and something I will never stop appreciating 🫂

APAC tour over & out 🤘

2 weeks of pinching ourselves that we get to call this work.

Lucky to be surrounded by incredible athletes who continuously showcase what it means to show up and who remember to take in these special moments ❤️

2 weeks galavanting in 2 incredible bucket-list cities with some racing thrown in there too.

Massive thank you to everyone that has helped me to get back to the start line and allow me to do the things I love.

Lots of lessons learnt along the way but I’ve got one more race to go on this cluster, as always I’m going to give it my all. Happy but definitely not satisfied with my results so far.

Happy endings in Bangkok 🥊

Better result compared to last week but still hungry for more. Awesome to race against @dexter.buchanan again, he was a class act tonight.
Onto the next in the back yard.
