POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I have always admired @matanetwork way back in school, I can finally say “way back in school” 😂😂.

Guess who got inducted over the weekend? Yes, you guessed right………OBAOFKANO 🙌🙌

Being inducted into this beautiful community isn’t just a normal thing for me; it’s a stepping stone to greatness! This is indeed my year of GREATNESS, GREATER IMPACT, AND INCREASE.

I had the opportunity to listen to some amazing women speak:
1. Mummy Sherifat
2. Mummy Simi
3. Mummy Fati
4. Aunty Yasmin
They spoke on topics I truly needed to hear. Thank you, MAs.

I now have plenty big aunties, yayyyyyyy 💃💃

New Episode from the MATA Podcast: “How to Build a Strong Circle of Women”

Behind every confident, thriving woman is a circle that holds her up not one that competes with her.

In this episode of the MATA Podcast, we’re talking about what it really means to build a solid support system of women sisters who pray for you, root for you, and remind you of your power when you forget.

Because your circle shapes your mindset, your peace, and your growth.
It’s time to choose women who pour into you not drain you.

Tune in, reflect, and tag the sisters who make your circle stronger.
Together, let’s rebuild the meaning of sisterhood.

The conversation continues at the 7th Annual MATA Conference on 6th December 2025 in Kano.
Let’s keep this energy alive in person!

Between running a business, nurturing a family, and trying to take care of yourself…
it sometimes feels like there’s no balance just survival.

But here’s the truth: you don’t have to choose between being a present mother and a purpose-driven woman.
You can be both with grace, with faith, and with support.

In this new episode of the MATA Podcast, we’re having an honest conversation about balancing family, kids, and self-care as a business owner.
No sugarcoating just real woman sharing real experiences, lessons, and gentle reminders that you are doing enough.

Because balance isn’t about doing everything perfectly
It’s about doing what matters most, intentionally.

remind yourself that you are not alone on this journey.

And as always the conversation continues at the MATA Conference on 6th December 2025, Kano.
Because together, we lead, we live, and we thrive.

When we teach a skill, we create possibilities! 🚀 Our "Learn. Create. Transform" upcycling training in rural Kano is helping women and youth turn everyday waste into sellable products. These skills mean self-reliance, dignity, and a brighter future.

Recently, @olusimidee and I, @enojonathan trained women and kids in Dala community in Kano State on how to convert used tyres to create a table that can also serve as storage.

Would you support such an initiative in your community? Let’s talk!

From waste to wealth!

@olusimidee and I, @enojonathan
were trainees in the upcycling training organized by @hopcyku
and @usinnigeria in 2023.

Now, we have collaborated to empower women and youth in Sharifai community in Kano State with sustainable skills on how to turn used tyres into beautiful ottoman chairs.

This project is not just about creativity—it’s about economic independence and environmental conservation!

Why we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

Join us this Sunday as we explore on the subject "Looking Unto Jesus" by Pastor @olusimidee

Invite your family and friends. See you there!
