Title: The Weight of Yesterday

What happens when the body awakens to its own history?
Does it breathe easier,
or does it still carry the weight of the past?

Ten years from now,
when the thoughts of ending it feel like a distant dream,
will your body forgive you for the things you put it through?
Will your mind welcome you back like an old friend,
or will it still keep you at arm’s length?
Do you hide your pain beneath your clothes,
like something secret and shameful,
or do you wear it openly,
no longer afraid of who sees?

I’m not here to judge.
It’s easy to say ‘just keep going’
when you’re not the one standing on the edge.
But please seek help now,
while the voice in your head still whispers.
Because if you wait too long,
it only gets louder.

“Similarly, just as a photographer harnesses the power of camera and light to capture nature’s uniqueness and beauty, painters wield paint to craft distinctive lines and art that transcends ordinary drawings, conveying profound meanings to those with creative vision.”📸✍️#photooftheday #photography #portraitphotography #naturephotography #photographer #artgallery #artphotographer
