Full of cold, feeling BLEURGH and like a walking tissue, a hot bath is very much needed. 🤧🥴

A few drops of Olverum Bath Oil in a hot steamy bath and suddenly my bathroom feels like a little spa escape. The beautiful blend of essential oils, including eucalyptus, Siberian fir needle, lavender and rosemary, creates that gorgeous aromatic experience that helps me unwind when I’m feeling under the weather.

✨ Helps create a relaxing, calming bathing ritual
✨ Eucalyptus and fir needle help create a refreshing, aromatic experience
✨ Lavender and rosemary help ease tension and promote relaxation
✨ Helps soothe tired, aching muscles
✨ Leaves skin feeling soft and moisturised
✨ Encourages a restful night’s sleep

Sometimes all you just need a hot bath, some soothing scents and a little time to yourself when you’re feeling utterly rubbish.

Have you tried OLVERUM Bath Oil? Is a hot bath your go-to when you’re full of cold?

Medcursor Foot Massager @medcursor

OLVERUM Bath Salts @olverum

I feel so incredibly lucky that I got to go and visit @highgrovegarden with @olverum. This was a real pinch me moment as I absolutely love gardens and if anyone has come to have a treatment with me will know that I am always doing something in my own garden. We were so lucky as we had the most incredible weather and our tour guide had been giving garden tours at Highgrove for over 25 years so had so much incredible information and stories to share with us ❤️
