$I had an itch to do one of those cheesy end of year posts, though this one is more a post-birthday one, looking back at the places I’ve been lucky to see last year, with wonderful people by my side. As a Moldovan I haven’t been used to much travel haha - even after getting my British passport at 18, I never adventured that far. So I do feel grateful to have been to Asia and America for the first time and in the same year. Also lucky that last year the film allowed me to meet amazing people in different cities - maybe for the first time I felt the possible glamour of TV! V rarely like that :)). However - Instagram is always only a fraction of the story. And as I’ve had many conversations with people since about the notion of achievement - this platform never of course shows the anxieties, doubts, sleepless nights, battles, bad days, uncertainty or panic attacks that always exist in between beautiful pictures, awards and trips. But it’s quite nice - because of those moments and in spite of those moments - to remember the good :). Esp the times spent with family and friends. (And scroll through them when you’re low or on the loo!) Bleurgh, how “earnest” haha. I blame it on that kid from the first picture, she still pulls my strings 🫠$
