Our creative Autumn Bloom Day Retreat - melted my heart in ways I couldn’t imagine.

Our beautiful group of 9 was so full of life. We started with a beautiful gathering and found stillness and mindfulness through creative art infused with aromatherapy.

From all walks of life, we had a lot of gratitude to share.

Autumn energy feels radiant, slow, inspired and transitional.

... And that’s exactly how this day felt 🍂

We found balance with cold, heat, and rest practice.

And true to autumn energy, we finished off our day with a circle of love.

“Dor de Casă” (Homesick)
11”x14” framed

Inspired by Moldavian folklore and the traditional carpet patterns passed down through generations, Homesick is a tribute to heritage, family, and the feeling of longing for home.

I created this piece after returning from Eastern Europe, transforming nostalgia into a modern artwork rooted in tradition.

Inspired by @dor.stitches

Nothing ever goes exactly as planned on a girls trip, and somehow that makes it even better 🤍☀️

Turns out the location did not matter after all 😂🍟

Life is too short to wait for the perfect table ☀️🥂
