This year is marked as one of my biggest growth years. It is up there with the first year I went to Burning Man and the year I personally had 8 people pass away and attended 6 of the funerals. This year has been a lot, just like many of you, and yet it has also been amazing in so many ways. The growth I have experienced is beyond what I could have asked for.

One of the most beautiful parts of my year, participating and completing 200 hr yoga teacher training @omanandayoga with the phenomenal group of people in the above video. I am forever grateful and changed by my experience with these wonderful humans. Whenever I doubt myself or question the path I am on, I look back at these moments or read the precious notes in the start jar we each have. Grateful doesn’t even come close to describing how I feel and it will have to do till I figure out a better word(s) to describe my feelings.

Im also very proud of myself for taking the step to becoming a certified yoga instructor. It is something I have been dancing around for literally a decade, maybe a little more. The future is unknown and feels scary. Though I know I can count on these wonderful humans whenever I need help along the way.

Thank you @sunnysocialcollective for capturing such wonderful moments that are now cherished memories!

Reflecting on how magical my first moon circle was and how that experience is still blossoming in my heart. Super excited to be leading another a week from today.

The next full moon circle, we will share in mantra, intention setting, and breath work. We will also be talking about moon water and how to make that since the circle is the day before the full moon! It is also the last full moon of summer. So we will reflect on the actions of summer and what warmth of the season we want to carry into the impending colder months.

There is something electric that happens when we humans come together to honor our sacred full moon. Come be a part of the magic @omanandayoga on Wednesday August 26th at 7:30pm til 8:30pm. Grab early bird pricing while you still can at omanadayoga.com

If you have any questions feel free to message me. I’m happy to help easy any apprehension or simply share what a moon circle is if you don’t know.

So excited to share space with you honoring our moon together!

Last week, I held the first House of Mai gathering🤍

There’s something beautiful about watching an idea that has lived in your head finally take up space in the real world.

And fittingly, it didn’t happen the way I imagined it would. After getting rained out twice, I decided to move it indoors @omanandayoga and it turned out exactly how it was meant to.

We drank tea, made pressed flower lanterns, laughed, cried, shared stories and ended with a guided visualization and sound bath 🤍

And somewhere in the middle of it all, I got to look around and think…

This is it.

My hope is that it will grow into more women’s circles, story immersions, sound baths, seasonal gatherings, creative experiences and collaborations ~ and probably things I haven’t thought of yet.

But more than anything, I hope it becomes a place people leave feeling a little lighter than before.

Coming next…

Equinox Gathering September 22nd ~ I have a few spots left if you’re interested DM me ✨

Check out maivibe.com (link in bio) for more details 🤍

This past Monday was a magical day. It was the Strawberry Full Moon in Capricorn and I lead my first moon circle. It was a leap of faith and if you have been following our astrological shifts, you know this year is asking us to show up for what we want to crate in this life. It was a little scary doing this new thing and I’m excited to keep holding this space for our sacred moon. Gathering with others in her honor was beyond special. I’m so inspired, incredibly humbled, and honored to have shared this space and lead these humans in mantra, journaling, reflection, pranayama, and gentle movement.

There are so many ideas for my next one. Keep your eyes peeled for the date of my next fool moon circle!!!

A special thank you to everyone who showed up and took a chance to participate. Without all of you, this would have been a very different experience.

Also, thank you to @omanandayoga for having such a beautiful space to have this experience to happen in.

What a journey 200 hour yoga teacher training was. It all started in January of this year. At the beginning, time felt slow. Then at some point it sped up and now this group of incredible humans are a forever part of my life and I’ll say it, my chosen family. The deep conversations, vulnerability, and growth through it all is deeply rooted in my heart. I’m not the same person coming out of this training as I was going in. I have blossomed in magnificent ways and I’m thankful for these humans for seeing me through it. Words cannot describe how I feel and grateful will have to do.

I’m now a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher!!! Excited for what new opportunities that will come my way on this journey I’m intentionally embarking on. This training might be over, though, a new life is beginning.
