A weekend full of learning, sharing knowledge, and passion for weightlifting.

The Burgener Strength methodology reinforces something fundamental to me as a coach: teaching safely and effectively, with a clear purpose, building a solid technical foundation that allows every athlete to progress.

I couldn’t be happier to have had this experience at my home box, CrossFit Condal, surrounded by friends and professionals I admire and feel lucky to share this passion with.

Thank you, Omar and Luke, for everything you shared. I’m taking home new knowledge, great memories, and even more motivation to keep growing as a coach.

One year ago, we opened our doors with a vision to build more than just a gym.

Looking back at where we started and seeing what we’ve built together makes us incredibly proud.

The workouts. The challenges. The laughs. The friendships. The early mornings and hard sessions.

Samui Fitness Lab is what it is today because of every single person who has walked through our doors, trained with us, supported us, and helped make this place what it is today.

Today we came together to remember Leroy Saunders and honor his memory through the workout created in his name. 🖤

Leroy sadly passed away on August 13, but his impact on the CrossFit community continues to live on.

A big thank you to everyone who showed up, gave their best, and shared this moment with us. And thank you to the wider CrossFit community for coming together and keeping Leroy’s spirit alive through training, friendship and community.
