One race day, two completely different perspectives… 🥹

From cheering behind the fence to crossing the finish line myself. So many emotions in one day… no wonder I ended up crying 😂🥹🫶

A core memory made ✨

Maybe I'll give up running and just enjoy being part of the cheer squad instead 👀😂

🇳🇱 WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH 48 HOURS IN AMSTERDAM?

Some weekends are so special that words just don't seem to do them justice. ❤️

This weekend has been one of those for both @sarahs.littlelife and me. An adventure filled with incredible people, unforgettable experiences and memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. 🏃‍♂️🌍

If you're someone who overthinks, questions yourself or sometimes struggles to switch off and simply enjoy the moment, then I honestly couldn't recommend @runnerretreatstours enough.

Sometimes, the best thing you can do is step outside your comfort zone, embrace something different and let someone else take care of the details while you enjoy the experience.

A massive thank you to James and everyone involved for their incredible support, encouragement, knowledge and genuine passion for what they do. You've made this weekend something truly special, and we're so grateful to have been part of it.

It's so much more than just a running retreat. It's about the people you meet, the places you explore, the confidence you build and the memories you create along the way.

If you've ever thought about booking one of these adventures, take this as your sign to do it. You won't regret it! ❤️

AMSTERDAM HALF MARATHON ✨
@tcsamsterdammarathon!! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

What a weekend from start to finish with you @cmowens90!!! Chris' first half marathon and he was absolutely unreal!!! 1.39.54!!! What an achievement 👏

This one hit different highs and different lows I've never felt before when racing! Racing with my partner Chris was so special, the crowds were unreal, the route was narrow at times 🤣- I have definitely never been shoved before running a race 🤣, coming into that stadium was an unreal experience to finish but then finishing just missing my last pb by 17 seconds left me feeling very emotional 🥹 I never set out for a PB today just went out there to give it the best I could and that's what I did- 1.49.48 🥲💖 The emotions hit hard today but it has given me the drive to see what I can do next 👀🏃‍♀️

This weekend has been one to remember @runnerretreatstours!!!! What a weekend with so many amazing people, from meeting new people to supporting friends and sharing their achievements!! So proud of you all 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Amsterdam it's been a pleasure 🥹💖

Marathon No. 9 | Amsterdam 🇳🇱

Grateful for another opportunity to stand on a start line.

Tomorrow, 42.2km to show my children that hard things are worth doing, courage matters, and we’re capable of more than we think.

Amsterdam, let’s make memories. 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥
