🥊 READY TO LEARN REAL BOXING?

I’m currently accepting MEN, WOMEN & KIDS who want to learn boxing the right way.

Whether you’ve never put on gloves before or you already have experience and want to sharpen your skills, I’ll meet you at your level and build from there.

I’m Coach Tony M — with over 20 years in combat sports and years of experience coaching Boxing and Muay Thai athletes, from complete beginners to competitive fighters.

This isn’t just about throwing punches.

🥊 Proper boxing technique
🥊 Footwork & movement
🥊 Defense & counterpunching
🥊 Mitt work & bag work
🥊 Conditioning
🥊 Confidence & discipline
🥊 Fight IQ & understanding WHY techniques work

My philosophy is simple:

Technique before power.
Repetition builds skill.
Consistency creates results.

👊 MEN — Get in shape, learn real boxing & challenge yourself.
🥊 WOMEN — Build confidence, conditioning & practical boxing skills.
🔥 KIDS — Develop discipline, coordination, confidence & athletic ability.

Beginners are welcome. You don’t have to be in shape to start — training is how you get there.

📍 Guaynabo, Puerto Rico
🥊 Private & group training available
📩 DM me “BOXING” to reserve your training spot.

Another achievement that fills me with pride and gratitude. 🧡💙

@trilolatrialo 2026 was the result of hard work, commitment, planning, and dedication. Behind every detail were hours of preparation, decisions, challenges, and a team that never stopped giving its very best.

I am deeply grateful to share this journey with my fellow board members—committed, hardworking, and passionate women who made a successful fourth edition of TriLola possible. Each one contributed her talent, energy, and heart to make this event an unforgettable experience.

These photos capture some special moments from everything we experienced: the teamwork, the excitement of the event, and the satisfaction of seeing that every effort was worthwhile.

Thank you to everyone who supported us, including our sponsors, volunteers, participants, the Municipality of Guánica, and every person who was part of this great achievement.

We continue working with passion and commitment. See you in September 2027! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Officially pinned! 🦴📍💙

A little milestone that represents a whole lot of long days, late-night studying, practicals, exams, adjustments, and growth.

As a second-gen chiro baby, chiropractic has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up around it is one thing… but choosing this path for myself and getting closer to becoming Dr. Katie makes this moment feel that much more special. 🥹

My pinning ceremony marked the beginning of the final stretch of my Doctor of Chiropractic journey—and it felt like the perfect moment to officially start sharing it here.

Welcome to KatiesKrackHouse 🏠🦴
A little corner of the internet where I’ll be sharing chiropractic school, clinic life, what I’m learning, some Krack Facts, and probably a little chaos along the way.

Still learning. Still growing. One step closer to Dr. Katie. 🥼✨

Here’s to the next chapter. 🤍
