Almost six months ago I moved to Canada. I’m so grateful I get to call one of my favourite places on Earth home. Here’s to friendship, love, community, and home. ❤️

Oli didn’t need fat loss.

He needed shape.

We tightened things first.
Stabilised body fat.
Locked in structure.

All while:
• travelling
• relocating countries
• navigating socials
• managing real life

Then we shifted into a lean build.

79kg ➝ 85kg.

Lat width expanded.
Quads developed properly.
Back thicker.
Shoulders rounder.
Frame wider.

Yes, body fat slightly higher.
Planned. Controlled.

This is what phased development looks like.

Not endless cutting.
Not panic bulking.
Not hoping.

If you’re lean but still look flat…
it’s probably because you’ve never built properly.
