We had a delivery this week of wonderful @omegaequine products. We always get some treats for the horses and the yard favourite seems to be the Coconut ones! Use my code 3724-SJL for a one time 10% off all things Omega! I need to keep my eye on the yard thief! #equestrian #equineproducts #equinesupplements #horsesupplements #horsefeed

Ahhhhh gutted!!! 😩🥺😢🤦🏼‍♀️

We were having a blumming epic round. He felt unreal, one of those rounds where everything just flows. He was galloping like an absolute beast, on his minutes, eating up the distances and just cruising.

Then I messed up our line down to the skinny. Gutted from the bottom of my heart. When you’re out there in the mix, foot to the floor, it’s such a fine line between perfection and imperfection and gutted to have tripped into the less desired side😩

I love this horse incredibly, he’s so unbelievably generous, he is a tricky little rascal on the XC .. being so brave and strong is brilliant in many ways but does make it a little trickier at times!

Why I was more gutted was all those factors in his ride that I find difficult, we’ve worked so hard on improving and were better than ever before!

When you have just one horse at 5*, you only get max 2 chances a year to practice at this level. Years of work go into these moments, but when they come, there are no guarantees..Just you and your nag, out there in the thick of it, giving it your absolute all, knowing one split-second decision could juuust change it all. But I suppose that’s the beauty and the brutality of elite sport.

Vals list of thank yous I think are one of the longest around.. thank you so much to every single one of you involved who allow our partnership to continue evolving. And to @ejbec.kett who’s cared for him to perfection.

The amount that Val has taught me is something I never gloss over. Although we haven’t got a huge amount of years left as a partnership he still feels incredibly fit, healthy and sound. I’ll endeavour to keep practicing as much as poss, seeking out opportunities for more exposure at this level and hopefully one day.. oneeee day.. I can deliver him the 5* win he so deserves ✨🤍

Til delivery the goods as per🤌🏽💘 @tillyberendt

Miz update ✨
.
Coming into our 10th week of rehab and yet again she’s proving just how marvellous she is 🥹
.
I’m absolutely, in no way, taking any of it for granted and I will continue to do it all at our own pace - making sure she remains happy and comfortable is the main priority!
.
We did in fact have our first canter under saddle last night; exceptionally short both ways but I took it! I didn’t really get on with that intention but she offered and I said okay 🫶🏻
.
So far, she has remained sound with each progression during her rehab and now really the main goal is to get us back out hacking because I know that will hugely benefit her; both mentally and physically 🩷 if we can conquer that I’ll then give her another little break to process everything (and also by then I can hopefully have new tack by then!) 🙈
.
It’s been a long road and I know we aren’t at the end just yet but she’s absolutely glowing and I can see more positives ahead ✨
.
I love you, Miz 🤍

We tackled our 1st Elementary Freestyle competition today. Just the two of us making it happen! 🦄. Definitely enjoyed it and a score of 65.77% was the icing on the cake!

We did it @jainebailey 💜

Drop a ❤️ to send some love to this good boy!
