After every thing we have been through in the past 5 years… The peace we co created & cultivated for ourselves back home on the whanau whenua/homestead is what we deserve! When you have reached a level of peace within yourself and within your life you don’t want a busy life… But rather to live a life based from purpose! From a knowing that what ever you are doing is what your soul is meant to be doing! ✨🌻 🌞

“As above… So below,
As within… So without.
As the universe… So the soul!”

When 2020-2025 was all about healing, learning, raising our frequency and embodiment…

Now 2026-2030 will be all about living, building, co-creating with the universe and alignment!

We healed that much in the last 5 years all while raising our children with new conscious programming… That we co created a heaven on earth paradise of a homestead and created utter peace in our life!
We would never give that blessing up so easy after all the challenges we have walked through and all of the lessons we have been through!

Everything we do is tūpuna guided, tikanga based and tamariki driven! We do everything we do for our children! Because they deserve the best life! And a better life! The next generations should always be BENEFITING FROM US! ESPECIALLY US PARENTS! If we are not giving our children the best possible future in every way! Physically, Mentally, Emotionally & Spiritually and yeah even FINANCIALLY! Then what are we even doing here as human beings…? The next generation should ALWAYS be benefiting for a better future! And so on and so forth 🤍

Expressing GRATITUDE for every stage of your life is one of the most powerful things you can do for your life! ✨

"I live a life of abundance,
I live a life of wealth.
I am grateful for the life I live,
I am thankful for my health"
Is a mantra that I wrote (I love to write poetry) & started saying to myself everyday!

It only takes 40 days for your body, mind & soul to fully embody a new practice or new way of life...
and I think EVERYONE can practice a bit of gratitude in theirs 🤍

Children not only need to be taught & guided good physical health & nutrition but they also need the ability to freely explore the natural world around them to boost their natural curiosity... If more children were raised with a more spiritual connection & a more conscious awareness over just a physical & intellectual way of life then the world would be such a different place!

When you find/discover your sovereignty from within (inside yourself) you find/discover your divine connection to the divine source (God/The Universe).
Everything starts from inside ourselves, never look outwardly for your happiness because that is only an illusion. True happiness starts with true self love and true self love starts with what you feed yourself in thoughts, in words and in food choices... Be someone that is hard to control & manipulate!

The first step to changing your mind...
Is changing the way you love yourself!
When you love yourself (self love) at the highest frequency which is Authenticity 🤍✨
You are telling yourself & therefore YOUR MIND that YOU MATTER! and that EVERYTHING YOU DO matters or happens for a reason & has a purpose along with everything has it's own season.

The most simplest & easiest ways to begin loving yourself at the frequency of authenticity... Is to change what you ultimately EAT & DRINK to the highest level of consciousness you can! Aka #plantbased #organicfood #wholefoods #alkalinity
By changing what you eat & drink not only changes the way YOU THINK but the way YOU FEEL and that is when you are truly putting in the work to your side of the deal (with the universe) 🙏🏽🪬🌌

Read that again...

"Your kids will remember the adventures you went on, not the stuff you bought them. Kids outgrow stuff, they never outgrow adventures". 👏🏽

Begin making MEMORIES with your children...
Not making MATERIALISTIC NEEDS.
