Why does it feel so hard to get out and do something fun for yourself as a mum?

To me it always felt like just another thing on my to do list, one i could easily ignore.

Now I am planning the fun for you, all you have to do is show up.

So how does a crafternoon @corkandchroma on 21 November sound and food from @omgrazingau

Creators Day 2026

Such a lovely day attending Creators Day 2026 with Collabs with Shae. It was wonderful meeting some incredible talented local ladies, sharing ideas, having plenty of laughs and seeing everyone’s work come together. I also loved seeing some of my Opal Tide Studio pieces included in the day and photographed in such a beautiful settings. A great day of creativity, connection and supporting local businesses. 🥰🥰

🤫 I’VE BEEN KEEPING A SECRET SINCE WEDNESDAY… 🤫

And let me tell you… keeping my mouth shut has been very HARD! 😂

At 11:55am Wednesday, my phone rang with some pretty exciting news…

But did I answer?

Nope. 😂

Because I was under the weather curled up in bed and completely knocked out. 🤦‍♀️

So instead, I woke up to the most beautiful voice message saying…

🥁🥁🥁

WILD SOUL CONNECTION HAS MADE THE 2026 ALIBI AWARDS FINALIST LIST! 🏆✨
Thankyou Australian Ladies in Business Initiative xx

Personal Service of the Year 💜

Ummm… WTAF!! 😱

This is my first year being nominated, (Thankyou OMGrazing AU for the nomination xx) so to actually make the finalist list feels a little surreal.

There may have been happy tears.
There may have been a few “holy crap!” moments.
And there has definitely been a whole lot of “is this actually happening?!” 😂🥹

Wild Soul Connection is my little boho dream that somehow keeps growing….fuelled by passion, purpose, a ridiculous amount of coffee and some pretty bloody amazing humans who continue to support me. ☺️

So this is my big THANK YOU to every beautiful soul who has booked with me, recommended me, shared my posts, left a review, come along to an event, trusted me with your wellbeing or simply cheered me on from the sidelines.

You’re all part of this little Wild Soul journey. 💚

And now… there’s another little adventure on the horizon. 👀

The Finalist Dinner is in Orange, NSW 🥂✨

Will I go?

Will I pack my boho frock and make a road trip of it?

Stay tuned… 🤣

For now, I’m just going to soak this one in.

Wild Soul Connection is officially a FINALIST! 🏆🌿✨

Feeling grateful.
Feeling proud.
Feeling a little bit gobsmacked.
And very, very excited. 🫶

Creator Day 🤎✨

Still can’t quite believe how beautifully this came together.

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, created, shared ideas, held phones, jumped into content/photos and made the day feel exactly how I hoped it would.

And @sandstone_retreat … absolutely unreal. Every corner gave us something different to work with and the whole place made the day feel so special.

Thank you to all the businesses and creatives who brought their own little piece of magic too ✨ from styling and food to beauty, props, photography and personalised touches.

This was such a good reminder that when the right people are given the right space, really cool things happen.

Very proud of this one.

Create. Connect. Inspire. 🤎

I created MILF because I realised something

Mums are really good at organising fun for everyone else.

But when it comes to ourselves, it somehow feels too hard.

We think about booking something
Then life gets busy and another month disappears.

I wanted to make it easy.

One ticket.
No planning.
No organising.
No convincing your friends to come.

Just show up

For $130, everything is taken care of

✨ A guided craft session at @corkandchroma
🧀 A beautiful grazing table by @omgrazingau
🥂 Beverages
🎁 A goodie bag to take home (with some awesome gifts and discounts from @happyhairbrush, @kaarmejewels_, @evolvewithzee and more)

The only thing you need to organise is how you’re getting there.

If you’ve been craving an afternoon of fun,
I’d love for you to join us.

Thank you to everyone that helped us celebrate Mum’s life today. Lots of tears but also laughter and hearing the many stories of how mum touched so many people’s lives.

I spontaneously created MILF because I wanted an excuse to do more fun things and it turns out I wasn’t the only one.

So here’s what we’re doing

🎨 Getting creative (no artistic talent required).
🧀 Eating an incredible grazing table by @omgrazingau
🎁 Going home with a goodie bag because grown-ups deserve party bags too.

Just an afternoon with a bunch of lovely Brisbane mums who are keen to get out of the house and try something different.

There are 15 tickets left, and I’d absolutely love to fill the room with mums who are ready to say yes to themselves for an afternoon.

MILF isn’t about what stage of motherhood you’re in.
If you’re a mum or the cool aunty in the group, you’re invited!

Because I have a feel we never stop craving connection, laughter and afternoons that are just for us.

Know a mum who’d love this?

Or if you’re thinking, “This sounds like exactly what I need!”

Comment FUN and I’ll send you all the details.
