They press. You resist. That’s where your life begins — in the moment you refuse to disappear.

Fear of abandonment is rooted in Self-abandonment, which is the moment we step away from the truth of who we are — when our inner blueprint is overshadowed by inherited patterns, our energy bends toward pleasing others instead of nourishing ourselves, and the soul drifts from its rightful seat.
It can be written in our ancestral codes, carried through the body’s memory, and repeated until we choose to realign.
Healing begins when we return to that seat of consciousness… when we reclaim our energy, honor our boundaries, and live in devotion to our highest self.
This is the work I share — blending Karmic DNA, BioEnergy Therapy, somatic awareness, epigenetic insight, and shamanic tools — to help you dissolve the cycles of self-abandonment and come home to yourself.
📩 I welcome you to book a session or consultation if you feel called to explore this work.
