𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 🤍

Today I had the honour of welcoming my incredible long-term client, Ommani, for a nourishing postpartum session. @ommani_msarchrival @ommani91

A mother of two, hairdresser and massage therapist herself, Ommani gives so much through her hands and her presence. For those of us working in hairdressing, beauty and massage, making space to receive care ourselves is deeply important, especially postpartum.

🌿 Today we used Brahmi oil for her hair and scalp, with the intention of bringing calm and nourishment. For her body, we worked with the beautiful Dhanvantari blend, traditionally used in Ayurveda for Vata-pacifying care, nourishing oil massage and support during postpartum recovery. @bioveda_ayurveda

Our session was a space for her to rest, receive and be cared for.

I always feel deeply honoured to support fellow massage therapists and caregivers. Connecting with Ommani is particularly special. Our relationship spans many years, with a shared love of yoga and its philosophies woven through our conversations. 🧘🏼‍♀️

Such a joy to care for you, Ommani 🙏🏻

Big Love 🤍 Jade

For Ommani, becoming a massage therapist was about more than just learning a skill, it was about helping people feel better in their bodies.

From relieving tension to creating a moment to slow down, massage can have a huge impact on how we feel day to day.

We asked Ommani why she chose massage therapy… and what she loves most about what she does. 🤍
