The "easy way out"? 🙅‍♀️ Far from it!

A C-section is major surgery , a deep physical sacrifice, and a powerful act of love all rolled into one. Whether it was planned or an emergency , it takes incredible strength to go through that procedure to bring life into this world 💪 🌏.

To the mamas recovering: Please, slow down 🧘‍♀️. Your body didn't just give birth; it’s healing from a significant surgical procedure 🩹✨.

Healing isn't just about the physical incision.
it’s emotional and psychological too.
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed
It’s okay to ask for help 🤝
It’s okay to stay in bed and just be
Support isn't a luxury; it’s a necessity 🫂🙌. Let’s honor the scar and the beautiful soul behind it 🎖️💖.

You are a warrior ⚔️, but even warriors need time to rest, breathe, and mend✨.

During our Q&A session, questions flowed with vulnerability, and answers came with raw honesty 💬

Mothers opened up about the realities of C-sections—the parts often left unsaid, the emotions tucked away, and the strength that shines through even in silence. 🌸

We spoke about the scars that carry stories, the resilience that is rarely celebrated, and the courage that is often hidden behind quiet smiles 💪❤️

This carousel is a tribute to every mother who has walked this path—your scars are not just marks, they are medals of honor. 🏅
Your silence is not weakness, it is strength unspoken. And your journey is not just survival, it is triumph. ✨🌍

31/3. Fibroids are one of the most common women’s health conditions yet the conversation around them is still painfully quiet.

About 70–80% of Blackkkk w0men will develop fibroids before the age of 50.

Let that sink in.

So why does it still feel like we are not talking about it enough?

Why is heavy bleedinggggg still being normalised as “just a period”?
Why are women still being told to “manage it” instead of being taken seriously early?

Silence does not reduce fibroids.
Silence only delays diagnosis, delays treatment, and delays progress.

This is not just a health issue.
It is a quality of life issue. A fertility issue. A dignity issue.

We cannot afford to keep brushing it aside because it is “common.”

Common does not mean normal.
Common does not mean harmlesss.

If you are a woman, or you love a woman, this conversation is yours too.

Have you ever been told your symptoms were “normal”?
Or know someone who has struggled with fibroids?

Talk in the comments.
Let’s not be quiet about this anymore.

Ever notice your nose looking a little different during pregnancy? You’re not imagining it—pregnancy hormones can actually cause your nose to get bigger!

Here’s the science: During pregnancy, your body ramps up blood flow and increases estrogen and progesterone. These hormonal shifts can lead to swelling in soft tissues—including your nose. It’s called “pregnancy rhinitis” and it’s totally normal!

Increased blood volume can also make tiny blood vessels expand, which can make your nose appear wider or puffier than usual. The good news? For most people, it goes back to normal after birth.

Pregnancy changes so much more than your belly—your whole body is along for the ride! Embrace the journey, swollen nose and all.
