set design at @rumustudio of 15 sqm for mango <3

I liked to imagine the sliding doors leading into a semi-outdoor area, covered by a curved plastic ceiling scattered with leaves and dirt, and eventually opening onto a small overgrown patio. The stairs would pause on the third step before turning right and continuing to the second floor, made of dark, creaking wood, where the bedrooms would lie. The main set portrays the living room on the ground floor of a narrow three-story house, designed with tight but efficient spaces. All the buildings around are apartment blocks, so the house sits a bit cramped between taller buildings. The entrance corridor, an open kitchen, and a bathroom tucked under the stairs make up the rest of the ground floor. I imagined this house recently emptied, with the black plastic chair left in the garden and the red lamp still hanging inside, probably just too awkward to carry out. The fabric floor has a couple of tea stains and will unlikely survive the remodel the new owners will do, along with most of the house’s features.
