Hi! I'm Ona Baker, CEO & Founder of ONA B HAIR. 💛 I have been on a mission to give quality looks to women across the Midwest region—and, hopefully one day, across the country! I have been doing hair for 8 years and attended @raphaelsbeautyschool, where I completed a total of 1,800 instructional hours to earn my Ohio State Advanced Cosmetology License. Over the years, I've become known for my ability to create flat, precise installs that blend seamlessly with every hair type, building a reputation and platform of over 15,000 followers and millions of views! This has allowed me to build an entire clientele around weave installs alone—but I'd like to think of myself more than just a "hairstylist". My goal has always been to create an experience where every woman feels welcomed, cared for, and confident from the moment she sits in my chair until long after she leaves. 🫂 And while having HEART is enough to start, I've learned that STRATEGY is what helps a business grow.
