Singapore’s favourite neighbourhood bar is coming to BANGALORE.

We’re excited to host @nagahouse at Bar Wild this Thursday and Anna @hairyspiders is bringing all the fire. A savoury martini that rewrites what a martini can be. A Jamu Penicillin that tastes like your grandmother’s remedy decided to have a night out. And yeah, there’s more where that came from. And we’ll be sending it with our food of course.

Show up, it’s going to be fun. Thursday, May 28th. 7PM. 12 Main, Indiranagar. Below jimis.

Make your reservations for 7 pm onwards at Bar Wild through the link in our bio - we hope to see you guys soon!

@sora_phnompenh with its new menu…

And when i was in Phnom Penh this year, one place that instantly reminded me how exciting the city’s bar scene has become is Sora.

🚦Their newly launched ‘Build & Sip’ menu takes inspiration from the nostalgia of iconic building bricks (yep, fav Lego) playful in concept, but executed with the kind of precision and elegance that has become Sora’s signature. Every cocktail feels thoughtfully “constructed” layer by layer, balancing Japanese aesthetics, Cambodian ingredients, and globally inspired techniques into something both familiar and completely new.

🧊What I enjoyed most is how the experience never feels gimmicky. From architectural glassware and studded ice blocks to the way each drink references a classic cocktail structure, everything feels intentional, refined, and genuinely fun. It reflects the kind of creativity that comes from a team deeply connected to both storytelling and craftsmanship.

👨🏻‍🌾Developed by @jonas_vittur and the Sora team, the menu also continues the bar’s strong focus on local ingredients and sustainability… something that has helped position Sora as one of the most internationally recognized bars in Cambodia today.

🌆Set high above the city on the 37th floor of @rosewoodphnompenh , with sweeping views over the Mekong and Phnom Penh skyline, Sora remains one of those bars where the atmosphere, the drinks, and the sense of place all come together effortlessly.

🥂A menu built on nostalgia, creativity, and detail… and i think one definitely worth experiencing in Phnom Penh.

This March, I had the chance to return to Phnom Penh after many years. Among all the great memories from the trip, one of the most impressive experiences was exploring the city’s distillery scene.

What makes things different here from many other cities in Asia is the diversity of stories behind each place, each bottle… from experienced Western founders bringing global craftsmanship into Cambodia, to highly successful and inspiring local entrepreneurs redefining the industry, and even home to Asia’s first distillery behind a World’s Best Gin title.

We left deeply impressed, and here are some distilleries you should absolutely check out when visiting Phnom Penh.
