One of my favorite parts of being a photographer is the incredible people this career has brought into my life.

I first met Ella & Jess of @onbrookside while photographing an event for a mutual friend. Not long after, Ella hired me to photograph one of her own events, and somewhere along the way she basically said, “Wait… can you stop working and actually hang out?” ❤️ And I’m so glad she did.

Our friendship grew through our monthly book club, where every time Ella & Jess would host, they would create the most incredible tablescapes. Gorgeous linens, colorful florals and beautiful place settings. Every detail was so intentional. We’d all leave saying, “You two should be doing this for a living.”

Fast forward to today, watching them turn that talent into a thriving business. Honestly, none of us are surprised. Their creativity, passion, and eye for design have always been there.

I photographed these beautiful tables last September (yes… I’m a little late sharing them! 🤦🏼‍♀️), but they were far too pretty to stay hidden on my hard drive.

If you’re planning a dinner party, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday, holiday gathering, or any special celebration, I can’t recommend @onbrookside enough. They don’t just style a table—they create an experience that your guests will never forget.

Reminiscing on last Sunday’s opening day at Greenwich Polo Club as another beautiful polo Sunday begins.

From the energy on the field to the summer style sidelines, it was the perfect start to the season, and a reminder of why Greenwich Polo is always one of the most elegant ways to spend a Sunday.

This is what East Coast summers are made of. 🐎

Spent the afternoon at the opening of @greenwichpoloclub 🤎 styling a timeless neutral look for the field. The rest of the day was filled with front-row action, signature watermelon sips, and a perfect caviar spread — the ultimate start to a classic summer. ✨🍾

A few more detail shots from our colorful, joyful day 💛 I wanted to share these because I can’t think of any part of the wedding that received more careful planning and attention than our tables.

When it came to the florals, we gave @longfieldfarmct our complete trust. I think our direction was something along the lines of “lots of color, a little wild,” and beyond that, we let her do her thing, which was exactly what we hoped for. The result was pure magic… ✨

And credit to @claireshaferjones for choosing the patterned napkins and giving her stamp of approval to all of my selections. We now have 200+ napkins that will be making their way to close friends and family, a little surprise and a small piece of the celebration to take home.

There’s something special about a table full of women cheering each other on 🎉

We loved creating the tablescape for @thatpennylife_ one-year celebration of THATPENNY | CONNECT and the incredible community she’s built.

Congratulations, @thatpennylife_ on an amazing first year. Bringing together inspiring women, meaningful conversations, and genuine connections is no small feat, and it was such an honor to be part of the celebration.

We’re especially grateful for opportunities to work alongside creative entrepreneurs and people who believe in building community. Our first year has been filled with collaborations, new friendships, and a growing appreciation for the incredible women building businesses in our community. We’re honored to be among them.

Here’s to future year of connection, collaboration, and cheering each other on. 🤍✨
