Shaping the future of digital assets and tokenization

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

At the ACTAI Ventures Founder Workshop in Santa Monica, Metagood COO Amanda Terry shared how the company is building a full-stack tokenization and lifecycle management platform that started with fully on-chain art on Bitcoin and is now moving up the capital stack into real-world assets.

The timing is notable as the Senate Banking Committee just advanced the CLARITY Act with bipartisan support, a major step toward establishing a regulatory framework for digital assets in the U.S.

With the regulatory environment evolving quickly, Metagood is now in conversations with some of the world’s largest transfer agents, exchanges, and issuers across private credit and other real-world assets looking to access global capital markets through tokenization.

Amanda emphasized that the opportunity is much bigger than issuance alone. The real infrastructure challenge is lifecycle management: governance, transfer rules, servicing, compliance, and investor workflows.

The vision is to use on-chain infrastructure to expand market access and create more efficient capital formation for both issuers and investors.

Thank you to our sponsors Commercial Bank of California, Fidelity Private Shares, Perkins Coie, and Stack Capital for supporting the event.

Full panel is on the ACTAI Ventures YouTube & link in bio.

Built on advanced GLSL shader techniques, each artwork in Not a Painting mimics the texture and flow of oil painting, only, it isn’t paint at all. Instead, what appears as thick brushstrokes is a live-rendered, generative performance: artworks that simulate their own creation, endlessly painting themselves before your eyes. #art on #bitcoin #digital #painting

🌴 ACTAI Antigua: Innovation, Longevity & Community

Grateful to @actaiglobal for convening such an intentional and inspiring mix of founders, investors, scientists and creators and proud to sponsor through ACTAI Ventures. These gatherings are a totally different and unique way to find and build great investments in leading edge waves. 🌊🌊🌊

Great reconnecting with ACTAI Ventures’ portfolio company CEOs:
• Alexander Tayler, Dyad has created a semantic AI layer for value based healthcare
• Omer Luzzatti @omiluzz Gigaverse (@gigaverseio) enables live streaming and AI engagement for creators with their communities
• Helena Zhang @helecoool of ICME is pioneering tokenized fundraising for startups and 501c3s
• Ahmed Rashad @arashad0001 of Perle (@perle.ai) enabling human in the loop data for LLMs

The traction across the portfolio is real🔥

Amanda Terry @amandaterry spoke about Metagood tokenizing real world assets to bridge traditional markets with blockchain infrastructure, unlocking transparency, liquidity and access.

Take-aways:
• Longevity is moving to the cellular level with AI and CRISPR
• Optimization is becoming lifestyle with NAD+, red light, continuous monitoring devices, and advanced diagnostics
• AI is impacting every function and sector, driving efficiency across sales, marketing, finance, engineering and legal
• Energy innovation must scale alongside AI, blockchain and compute
• We are shifting from the attention economy to the contributor economy and new businesses are launching for creators to harness the power of and directly monetize their communities
• Community builds trust. Trust builds opportunity. For the truly engaged, work and play are one!
• Innovation does not happen in isolation but when the right people come together!

Incredible talks, a longevity lounge curated by @drhalland, & kiting by day with @kelsickwatersports, then dancing by night to @pauloakenfold remind us that innovation, performance, connection and joy all belong in the same room.

Some highlights from our recent trip to Sydney for @sxswsydney 🇦🇺

@kitevc and @larster judged the startup competition and shared stories on the founding of @canva, while we brought together our ACTAI Ventures LPs and portfolio companies for a sundowner (thank you @cmacktravels for suggesting we do this & hosting us at your club 🙏).

We also toured @canva’s office, deep-dived into quantum computing with world-leading expert Dr. Michelle Simmons, joined @livenpay’s community dinner, recorded a podcast with @crowdclip, and capped it all off reconnecting with our @actaiglobal family over a wonderful dinner (thank you @lisaandrews__ for bringing everyone together!)

Innovation is strong in Australia 🇦🇺 and there are so many incredible people supporting this ecosystem— can’t wait to be back for @westtechfest in December! 🚀
