A favourite moment from classes this week: watching @eloiseviola try to work out why the song sounded familiar 😂

Love our @oncorelondon family 🤍

🌞 August 🌞

What a summer we had.

Another year of practicing what I preach but just with some different results.

Taking care of my wellbeing is and has for a long time been high on my priority list and I am so grateful to have the privilege to do so.

Relationships with our bodies can be fraught and are always political and so I wanted to open up a little bit more about what that has and still does look like for me.

Shoutout to all the team at @oncorelondon for being the most wonderful, warm and caring community to me this past year. I’m big level grateful and y’all are just the best. Thank you for everything!

Some mums nap. I choose being on the brink of cardiac arrest with a new (to me) WILD Sandstorm remix. Epic work @skytechmusic @andrew_rayel 👏💥🔉

Goodbye @oncorelondon 🫶🏻🫶🏻 We finished with a full hot sculpt class and lots of pulses at the barre !! Thank you to everyone who has joined me since I began here in Novemeber, thank you for always giving me your energy on the tough days, for cracking up at my awful jokes and pushing through those slow count downs… lots of love🩰🌶️🕺🧘‍♀️🪩🫡
