Man! What a great day yesterday was!

First, thank you God for keeping me grounded throughout this entire process and prep. Only You know everything I had to balance along the way, and I’m truly grateful for the strength to see it through.

Second, thank you to my coach @one_punch_tom who partnered with me on short notice. Your patience, timeliness, and professionalism were pivotal throughout this journey, and I truly appreciate you.

Third, thank you to everyone who supported me! I see the messages, comments, reshares, and all the love! 🥹🫶🏾 It truly means more than you know.

Lastly, thank you to my OCB Natural Viking family! We’ve been locked in since 2024, and every show has been nothing short of an amazing experience. I’m truly grateful for the memories, the love, and the continued support! ❤️

The word of the day: Grateful. 🙏🏾 Today I had the honor of making my Pro Debut at the OCB Natural Viking Show!

If you remember, last year I earned my OCB Pro Card on the amateur side—this year was my chance to defend the title of “King of the North”… plus I was literally the poster boy 😂.

The hard work paid off, but I won’t sugarcoat it—this prep was tough. Out of my 7 shows, this has been the most challenging. Life threw a lot my way, but I promised myself I’d see it through, and I did.

Huge thank you to God, my coach @flexible_anabolic_nutrition , @ocbnaturalviking for hosting such a professional event, and everyone who supports me even when I go quiet. Special shoutout to my brother @coach_crowe , who helped me fine-tune my posing!

Next stop: The Yorton Cup, September 27th! Stay tuned for the ride! 💪🏾🔥 @ocbofficialpage

Verrrrrrrry delayed, but photos from two shows in December. Show one was the @battleupproductions Battle of Texas, and the other was @ocbwestcoastnaturals Desert Valley Natural. Huge shout out to @coach_crowe leading me through a year long bulk and 16 week cut to be my best on that stage, forever grateful to have such a phenomenal coach. Also, big thanks to @jeterriojones for continuing tradition and flying down from North Dakota to go to Texas to support, greatly appreciate you brother. Finally, an overwhelming thanks to @maddie.rud . Putting up with my mood swing, always being hungry, and calling the gym my second home for a prolonged period, but you continued to love and support me and I love you beyond words for it. As of now, the trunks are hung up. Thankful for it all, but ready to crush my next goal.❤️
