As I sit here reflecting on 2024, I’m absolutely blown away—we’ve reached $1.9 million in team sales! Honestly, it’s hard to put into words how much this milestone means to me.

A little over a year ago, my path took an unexpected turn. An ironic story of how I was left with a shattered gift from a previous company founder. Instead of letting it weigh me down, I exchanged it at Tiffany’s for something new: their olive leaf ring. At the time, I had no idea this symbol of growth and renewal would foreshadow the journey ahead. Just a few months later, I started this incredible endeavor with OTP from the ground up, quite literally from bed, and it’s been nothing short of transformative.

This journey hasn’t just been about the sales. It’s been about community, growth, and proving to ourselves what’s possible when we rise from what no longer serves us and chase something bigger.

If you’re feeling like life is challenging you or you’re on the precipice of a major change, I urge you to keep going ❤️

✨ Black Olive Star Achievement ✨
I’ve been holding off on making this post because I wanted to find the perfect words to express my gratitude and pride. A month and a half later, I’m still at a loss—because what my organization accomplished in November was nothing short of extraordinary.
With an OV volume that more than doubled from last November, reaching $353,696, we not only achieved Black Olive Star, but we also broke barriers, shattered records, and proved what’s possible when a group of passionate, driven individuals come together with a shared vision.
This was not a solo journey. Every success, every milestone, every growth story is a reflection of the collective effort, commitment, and determination of the incredible women and men in our community. From the newest member taking their first steps to the seasoned leaders lifting others along the way—this achievement belongs to all of us.
Thank you for your trust, your dedication, and your willingness to embrace a vision bigger than any one of us alone. I’m beyond proud to walk alongside you on this path, and I can’t wait to see what we create next.

As I wrap up 2024, my heart is overflowing with gratitude—for my body and the incredible healing journey it’s taken me on, my work, my relationships, my passions, and the adventures that have shaped this year. Recovering from immense challenges and stepping into new opportunities has been humbling, empowering, and deeply fulfilling.

From fear of never moving the same again to crossing finish lines I once thought were out of reach, this year, my body reminded me of its resilience, my passions continued to light my path, and my work gave me the opportunity to uplift others and create impact. From leading my OTP team, educating children through mindfulness, embracing creativity in modeling, and supporting mothers as a doula, every moment felt aligned with purpose.

Looking to 2025, I feel more inspired than ever to continue growing, exploring, and living life fully. There’s so much more to give, discover, and celebrate. Here’s to healing, dreaming, and making it all happen—together.

WOW 2024. WOW. 🤩
when I think back on February 2024- one thing stands out- the last post I saw before my lent hiatus. It was about @olivedaofficial - a trusted influencer I’ve followed for years (thank you @essentiallyerin__ ) & sat with that post in my head for over 40 days.
I wont lie. I was tarnished from MLMs. Two attempts, zero support both times, fast “get it or nothing at all” cultures- not my cup of tea I wanted to start drinking at 38. Something about this opportunity stuck with me though- it just seemed different- god fearing, holistic women in the forefront of the company, a product that ACTUALLY worked. Fast forward to the end of April. Back on IG- heavily invested in oliveda results & posts- also at a place of peace not getting stuck in the IG comparison trap.
My SIL @all.things.stephanie called me. “I have this business idea- I’ve been watching it for a while”- well my adhd brain cut her off & said, “it’s not the olives is it?!” that’s honestly all it took.
She was successful in every MLM she attempted- even the one she created herself 🔥- I knew it was time to jump & I knew exactly where to go. She was on the fence about about who to sign up with, seeing as we both have very different following on Instagram. I’m not sure how it would have worked if I hadn’t jumped on the opportunity immediately, but I knew in my gut I had already found the woman who was to be my mentor in this business. I texted my sister-in-law and let her know that I had signed up with @essentiallyerin__ , to follow her & let me know what you think because I am ready to do this 🔥
& it was HANDS DOWN the best split minute decision I ever made.
Within a few days to a week my sister-in-law signed up underneath me & the rest is history! at first I was intimidated at having someone who was such a strong leader underneath me, but with time I was able to spread my wings and find my own voice, the leader had been there all along- she just didn’t have what she needed to spark her joy and authenticity!! #oliveda #yearinreview #sahm #workingmom #workfromhome #momboss finished in comments ❤️

I stepped out of my comfort zone and gained..

Sometimes, the biggest rewards in life come from the moments when you take a leap of faith into the unknown. 🙌🏻💫

I get it — stepping outside of your comfort zone can be terrifying. The fear of failing, the uncertainty, the ‘what ifs’… it can all feel like a heavy weight holding you back. But here’s the truth I’ve learned along the way: growth happens when you decide to walk by faith and not by sight. 🌱

I didn’t wake up with the confidence I have now. And even then, I am still continuing to learn every single day. One thing I DID have is the courage to say YES to new opportunities, even when it felt easier to stay in my safe little bubble. 💭

That choice to take a risk,, to try something new, to trust God even when I wasn’t sure.. it’s what led me here. And it can lead YOU to places you never imagined too. ✨ (Jeremiah 29:11)

So if you’re feeling hesitant, wondering if you should take that leap — THIS is your sign. 🦋 Trust that every step you take out of your comfort zone will bring you closer to who you’re meant to be and what you’re meant to do.

It’s different under the olive trees because the hearts of the women here are different. We aren’t just proving that the culture can be better at a company but we are showing one another that the relationships in our lives should make us love ourselves instead of questioning ourselves. Olive Tree People may have started off as a business opportunity to many of us but it’s grown into so much more.

At the end of the day, it’s not about the money, the trips, or the ranks.

The real gift here is in the ripples you can create, in the lives you touch, in the moments where your presence lifts someone up when they couldn’t see the light for themselves.

Achievement isn’t about what you gain- it’s about what you give. It’s about walking through life with an open heart, knowing that the legacy you leave is measured in the lives you’ve touched, in the souls you’ve helped heal, in the way your light makes it easier for others to shine.

2024. WOW. What an incredible year.

So many beautiful familiar faces and new ones this year and it was incredible. I had the best time with all of you!

It will never be lost on me how lucky I am to literally live my DREAM. Every year it just keeps getting better and every year I just keep pinching myself to make sure it’s reality.
